Mr G.S Balaji is a Civil Engineer and a Project Management Consultant, having worked in India and Middle East, in the real estate sector. Mr Balaji is also Postgraduate in Management from NMIMS, Mumbai, Fellow of the Indian Institute of Engineers India, Chartered Engineer, Member of Fire Safety Association of India (FSAI), Indian Building Automation Community (INBAC) Mr Balaji has held senior management positions with EIH Ltd (Oberoi Group of Hotels), Real Estate Developers and Constructions Companies of India such as Phoenix Mills, JMC projects (I) Ltd, K Raheja Corp, Reliance Industries Ltd & DLF Ltd. Has worked with ETA Ascon LLC and Dhafir contracting LLC in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Some of the Iconic Project executed are as follows

He continues to impart his experience and learning to all in real estate industry Mr Balaji is a regular author in construction trade magazines on specialised topics like fireengineering façade technology. He is a regular speaker in Webinars Technical Forums like INBAC, FSAI, ISHRAE, CTUBH, IEEMA, Façade & Fenestration conferences.
