Cool Conclave 2.0 welcomes partners from across the built environment — including HVACR companies, green building consultants, developers, architects, energy firms, facility managers, ESG investors, and innovative technology providers focused on sustainability and decarbonization.
Partners enjoy exclusive branding, direct access to decision-makers, curated B2B meetings, visibility on digital and physical platforms, speaking opportunities (for select categories), and participation in India's largest carbon-neutral conclave for the built environment.
B2B meetings are scheduled based on mutual interests shared before the event. Our team curates and manages the matchmaking, with meetings conducted in a dedicated networking zone during the conclave.
Your logo and name will be featured across event promotions — including the website, social media, digital screens, banners, delegate kits, and official backdrops. Premium partners will also receive on-stage recognition and branding during key segments.
While there will be no physical product displays, partners can showcase their offerings through catalogs, brochures, videos, and other marketing materials in the dedicated partner zone and catalog kiosks.
We offer structured partnership tiers such as Presenting, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Supporting. Each tier comes with tailored benefits. We also provide exclusive category branding (e.g., “Sustainability Partner” or “Cold Chain Partner”).
