Mr. Bhugra is responsible for driving the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and business growth of the industrial infrastructure division. He is leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. As Business Head – he oversees project planning, client relationship management, business development, financial performance, and risk mitigation. Additionally, he is maintaining close coordination with government bodies, industrial clients, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities, enhance service delivery, and ensure sustainable and profitable operations.
