Yogesh is a Civil Engineer with 30 years of professional experience in Construction & Project Management and has successfully executed complex projects in over nine countries. He has spent a large part of his career in the USA executing projects for multiple US Federal Government agencies.
He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Yogesh is an ardent student of Sustainability, Carbon foot printing and Climate Change. He is a USGBC LEED AP & IWBI WELL AP.
Yogesh was instrumental in the Design-Build project delivery of the US Consulate at BKC Mumbai and has delivered multiple high-rise projects in Mumbai including the 1st IGBC Green Homes rated project of Maharashtra.
He presently heads the Development Department for the Western Region at RMZ.
