As President, my responsibilities span the entire project’s life cycle, starting from the initial design, right through material procurement to liaisoning activities with the external parties and strategic appointment of contractors for the job.
I promote a solutions-focused, collaborative culture within my jurisdiction. I coordinate, communicate with stakeholders, guide design and development, and empower the team on MEP tasks. I approve project execution, directing on-site during financial changes for timely results. Ultimately, my focus is on delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions that consistently align with the company’s vision of excellence in built environments.
