A carrier spanned over 38 years was mostly related to the field of Construction and Safety Management of which 27 years were with Jacobs India. During the tenure with Jacobs India, worked on large process plant construction and finally headed the HSE group in India. During this period, actively associated with the execution of large projects in the field of Refineries, Petro-Chemicals Pharmaceutical and Infra Structural projects. Som of which were within the existing running plants.

Some of the prestigious and challenging projects of client were Pfizer Singapore, IOCL, Mathura, Panipat Baroda, CPCL, MRPL and Indian Rayon List is unending
Skill
Preparation of HSE plan, procedures, specifications for various projects with targels including provisions of safety training requirements.
Setting up of Jacobs safety systems at newly opened project sites
Preparing reporting formats and procedures for implementation.
Conducting periodic HSE audits and reporting to Jacobs management
Highlighting strengths and weaknesses for vanous performance parameters to project achievements through statistical details
Conducting trainings for Jacobs and different clients by developing specific training modules to achieve injury free execution of projects.
