Srinivasan is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the air conditioning industry, He holds a postgraduate degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and is a certified Energy Manager and Energy Auditor, with a strong track record of driving energy-efficient solutions across diverse applications.
Srinivasan has held key roles in reputed organizations such as Voltas, Trane, Johnson Controls, Hitachi, and SRF, where he successfully led initiatives in HVAC system design, large project execution, and customer-centric solution development. His domain expertise spans high-performance HVAC systems, green building solutions, and sustainable cooling technologies.
Currently, he serves as AVP, Head – Solutioning at Adani Cooling Solutions Ltd, where he leads the design, business development, and industry advocacy for innovative, large-scale air conditioning projects. His role focuses on aligning technical excellence with client needs, expanding market reach, and promoting sustainable cooling practices in the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
