Amit has 27+ years of experience in Building Services – MEP, which includes working in Kuwait – Middle East. He was also actively involved in few prestigious projects in UK, France, Qatar and Bahrain. He has been involved in a variety of projects ranging from enabling Design and Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Luxurious 5 Star Deluxe Hotels, state of the art High-rise mixed-use Commercial, Residential and Retail buildings, Hospitals, Control Rooms, Data Centers, Radio Stations etc. He is very knowledgeable in various aspects of multi-disciplinary building design and understands the issues involved in the process of constructing projects. He has also got hands on experience in designing of clean rooms for various pharmaceutical facilities. He keeps an up-to-date knowledge in various aspects of building design and understands the issues involved in the process of constructing projects.
Amit’s extensive experience includes involvement in MEP Design of over 9 towers, ranging between 60 and 90 stories and a 117 story tall tower (2nd highest residential tower in world).Team leading capability comes naturally to him, has strong interpersonal skills and always has a positive outlook of life. He has been consistent in providing innovative but practical design solutions by utilising the latest in science and technology in building services to enhance the performance, sustainability and economically feasibility of the projects.
