I am Ankit Farkya, holding a Master of Technology in Energy Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics. Currently, I am employed by the Sarovar Group of Hotels in Gurgaon as a Director of Design and Technical Services, where I oversee projects involving design reviews of architecture, interiors, facilities, and technical services.
With over a decade of experience in project design, review, and management, I have served as a design consultant, project manager, and commissioning authority. I am driven by providing solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and executing projects as planned.
To mitigate costs, we meticulously review design schematics and specifications, ensuring that expenditures remain within the allocated budget and that projects are completed on time. I am currently managing a pipeline of 80+ projects. In addition to overseeing hotel openings and ongoing projects, my responsibilities also include site evaluation and project feasibility studies.
