Deepak Dhamija is a seasoned MEP professional with over 18 years of international and domestic experience in HVAC, MEPF design, and project management across high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors. Currently leading MEP for 32nd (India Region), he has played a pivotal role in developing sustainable, cost-effective, and high-performing building services systems.
With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and dual MBAs in Finance and Leadership & Strategy, Deepak has led multi-disciplinary teams and spearheaded end-to-end MEP design and execution for landmark projects at Emaar India, Fluor Daniel, and Lahmeyer International. His core strengths include green building design, project cost management, vendor negotiation, and technical leadership in HVAC and integrated MEP solutions.
An active contributor to the HVAC community, he is a former President of ISHRAE’s Gurugram Chapter and a certified PMP and GEM CP professional. Deepak brings a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and sustainability-driven thinking to the forefront of India’s built environment.
