An Accredited Energy Auditor, he has led over 70 energy audits and more than 125 energy optimization and decarbonization projects spanning sectors such as Cement, Aluminium, and Textiles.
Currently serving as Chief General Manager – Emerging Technologies at MAHAPREIT, Mr. Khandare is at the forefront of pioneering initiatives like Steam as a Service, Green Hydrogen, and State Energy Transition Plans, enabling climate-resilient development across industries.
His career includes impactful tenures with Aditya Birla Group, UltraTech Cement, and Design2Occupancy, where he developed and implemented national-level decarbonization strategies. Mr. Khandare brings a rare convergence of deep technical expertise and strategic policy insight, making him a trusted advisor to governments, industries, and multilateral platforms.
