Bhadresh Shivashankar, a Mechanical Engineer from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, carries with him 27 years of experience in consultancy in the field of HVAC, Electrical, and MEP Systems.
He is an IGBC AP (Indian Green Building Council – LEED India Certification).
He has served ISHRAE as a Co-Opt member during the period of 2010–2011. He has worked as the Research Promotion Chair for ASHRAE India Chapter (Bangalore) for 3 years from 2012–2015. He is presently IoT Chair for FOCUS. He is Co-Chair for Membership Promotion for ASHRAE Bangalore Chapter for 2023–2024, 2024–2025. He is also part of the FSAI, Plumbing Association of India, and NFEES (Electrical Association).
He is presently working with Sattva as General Manager & Head of the MEP Department. He is basically responsible for the Design & Implementation of Commercial and Residential Projects.
He has also been involved in designing of projects for Pharma, Hospitals, Hotels, Industrial Ventilation, Malls, Commercial Office Buildings, Residential, Club House, Schools, Jewelry Showrooms, Airports, Convention Halls, Data Centers, Canteens, Interior Projects, etc.
Involved with Commercial Interior Projects on MEP Projects including the latest trends in the industry like IoT, Biophilic Design, Modular MEP, Networking, Circadian Lighting, Daylighting Analysis, BIM, Revit, Virtual Reality, Wellness Certification for Interiors, Radiant Cooling, POD Toilets, Modular Interiors with MEP in Grids, Lighting Automation, Underfloor Air Distribution Systems, Facade Engineering, Acoustic Study and Reduction, etc.
He has given Ten (11) paper presentations in ISHRAE, ACRECONF, IPA, IEEMA & ASHRAE Forums during his career.
