He is a dynamic professional with extensive experience of 22+ Yrs. in the areas of Facilities/Real estate and Procurement Management. He has worked with diverse industries i.e., Information Technology, Manufacturing, Semiconductor & Chips, Telecom, Media and NBFC and handled various roles successfully to attain operational excellence. He is responsible to strengthen strategic planning, innovation, produce cost savings and drive operational efficiency for the organization.
In his current role with SBI Card, he is managing PAN India Facilities operations with Infrastructure development projects/fit-outs, office refurbishment and delivery of Technical services for the organization. Further, he is also responsible to implement Business continuity Management Framework and Disaster Recovery strategy for the Organization. Creation of strategic framework and Implementation of ESG – Environment, Social & Governance practices within the organization to limit carbon emissions. Additionally, he oversees management of statutory and regulatory compliance with implementation of Governance framework and control for the business.
Naveen holds an MBA degree in Marketing from University of Pune and is a certified procurement and project management professional.
