An Engineer-Town Planner with over 30 years of professional experience, of which 26+ years tenure in Town & Country Planning Haryana. Currently working as Chief Town Planner since Aug 2021. Presently posted at PMDA, Town and Country Planning Department Haryana.
Primary function within the Department has been related to shaping an enabling regulatory environment for private sector real estate development in the State. Has also been spearheading creation and expansion of IT enabled platforms for making the regulatory environment more efficient, transparent and easy to navigate.
Also associated with the several professional and academic bodies aimed at advancing urban planning education and profession in the country:
1. Designated Member of the ‘All India Board of Town and Country Planning’ notified by AICTE, New Delhi (May 2024 to April 2027).
2. Member of the Senate of SPA, New Delhi and several other planning schools.
