Presently, Raju K Unni is a seasoned project management professional with 25+ years of diverse experience spanning both overseas and domestic markets working with a vision to bring an extraordinary brand called “Engineers Office India Projects” in the Indian Project Management Consultancy sector with the distinguished track record in Project Administration, Design, Cost (pre & post), Construction, Time, Quality, etc. in the upcoming years.
He is an expert in ramping up the large-scale projects swiftly within the stipulated timelines and budgeted parameters by adapting the local environments and also, by establishing the processes in a systematic way with the help some project management tools.
