Mr. Sonal Kumar has 13 years of experience in clean energy, energy efficiency, decarbonisation, air pollution and climate change mitigation. His work experience spans building evidence through technical and policy research, development and implementation of policies and programmes, capacity building and supporting stakeholders in transitioning to clean energy. At CEEW his work is focused around sustainable cooling wherein he supports implementation of the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol and the India Cooling Action Plan.
