| Sunil Gupta is currently a partner and director in Gupta Consultants & Associates New Delhi, a leading MEP consultancy firm in India for more than 50 years. The firm has designed hundreds of projects of diverse nature in India, Middle East and several neighbouring countries.
Sunil Gupta is an engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani and has been associated with HVAC industry since his graduation in 1981. He also has work experience in Middle East, where he worked with Bahwan Engineering Co., Muscat from 1983 to 1987. |
| He has been actively involved with the activities of ISHRAE AND ASHRAE INDIA CHAPTER. He was the President of ASHRAE India Chapter from 2007-08. He occupied the positions of President, Delhi Chapter of ISHRAE from 2000-2001 and National Secretary ISHRAE HQ from 2002 – 2003. He is credited with the distinction of organising the first international conference on HVAC & other building services, namely ACRECONF 2001. He has subsequently headed several Steering Committees to organize International Conferences such as DISCONF 2002, ACRECONF 2003, ARC – 2004, ACRECONF 2019 etc. During his association with ASHRAE India Chapter, he also introduced the unique concept of outstation technical conference namely TECHMANTRA in the year 2007 and the event is presently very popular with the members. He continues to be actively involved with the society activities and is a source of inspiration to the members. He is currently Chair of Domestic Societies of the ISHRAE HQ Advocacy Committee |
