He has over eighteen years of experience in the design and construction industry, with a focus on pragmatic approaches to energy efficiency and sustainability in existing and new construction buildings. He is a voting member on ASHRAE 90.1, sits on the NYCECC advisory committee, and teaches energy modeling and energy code compliance courses.
